Amanda Hoyt is a strategic advisor and coalition manager with more than two decades of experience helping organizations navigate complex governmental systems, align diverse stakeholders, and move high-impact initiatives from vision to execution. Her work spans coalition management, legislative and policy strategy, advocacy, organizational consulting, and procurement across a wide range of issue areas.
Amanda brings deep experience from senior roles in state government, nonprofit leadership, statewide campaigns, and the private sector. She has managed large, multi-stakeholder coalitions, led multi-million-dollar initiatives, negotiated bipartisan legislative outcomes, and guided organizations through complex political and operational environments.
Known for her clarity, trusted relationships, and practical insight, Amanda partners closely with clients to develop actionable strategy and sustain momentum over time. She is a U.S. Army veteran and holds a B.A. from The Ohio State University.
